This is a perfect example of what will separate a great experience for clients utilizing the VA loan vs a poor one. It’s prep, it’s knowledge, it’s anticipation.
The simple step of requesting this early on from the Servicemember makes getting the Alive & Well Statement simple (as it should be).
Without that prep and knowledge? Stress City. Possibly delayed closing. And even worse it perpetuates the myths that “there’s always something” with those darn VA loans.
